Here’s a simple recipe for

– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Optional: chopped herbs (like chives or parsley), diced vegetables (like spinach, bell peppers, or tomatoes), and spices (like paprika or garlic powder) for added flavor.
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. If you’re adding any herbs, vegetables, or spices, mix them in as well.
