Grilled Chicken with Avocado and Corn Salad

Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1/2 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup black beans

1/4 cup corn

5 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
In a bowl, combine black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Slice the avocado and place it on the side of the plate.
Serve the grilled chicken alongside the avocado and the bean-corn salad.
2. Grilled Chicken with Boiled Eggs and Vegetables
Ingredients:

1 chicken breast
1 hard-boiled egg

1 cup lettuce leaves

1/4 cup shredded carrots

5 cherry tomatoes, halved

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Boil the egg for 8-10 minutes, peel, and cut in half.
On a plate, arrange the lettuce, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and hard-boiled egg.
Place the grilled chicken on the side.
Serve with a light dressing of your choice, such as olive oil or balsamic vinegar.
3. Roasted Chicken Leg with Lentils and Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:

1 chicken leg

1 cup cooked lentils

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1 tomato, chopped

Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken leg with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for about 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked and golden.
While the chicken is roasting, cook the lentils in salted water according to the package instructions, and set aside.
In a bowl, combine cucumber and tomato with olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serve the roasted chicken with the lentils and the cucumber-tomato salad on the side.
4. Grilled Chicken Drumsticks with Sweet Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients:

2 chicken drumsticks

1 sweet potato, sliced

1 cup green beans, trimmed

1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken drumsticks with salt, pepper, and paprika, and grill for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Meanwhile, boil the sweet potatoes for 10-12 minutes until tender, then lightly pan-fry or roast them for a crispy finish.
Steam or boil the green beans for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drizzle with olive oil.
Serve the grilled chicken with the sweet potatoes and green beans on the side.
